Is C3ST available on the Free or Ready tier?
C3ST is available on Pro and Institutional plans only. The simulation technology and AI compute required to run C3ST scenarios is premium — it's our most powerful tool and priced accordingly.
What's included in a 'session'?
A session is one complete training unit — a full mock interview, a speech coaching session, or a C3ST scenario. Each session includes AI feedback, a transcript, and your performance score.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-ins. Cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a student discount?
The Ready tier at $9.99/month is our student-friendly price. Annual billing saves you 33%. We're also working on institutional plans for universities — contact us if you're a university career center.
What AI powers Presenz?
We use a combination of leading AI models for different tasks — speech analysis, interview feedback, scenario scripting, and voice delivery. The specific models may change as we optimize, but the quality commitment doesn't.
Are my audio recordings private?
Yes. Your recordings are private, encrypted, and only used to generate your feedback. We never sell your data. You can delete your recordings at any time from your account.
