1. Who we are

Presenz is a product of JDV Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the Presenz platform, including LandIt, Orate, and C3ST. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Name, email address, password (managed by Clerk, our authentication provider).
Session data: Audio recordings, transcripts, and AI feedback generated during your practice sessions.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session frequency, and performance scores.
Payment information: Billing data is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Deliver and improve the Presenz platform
Generate AI feedback and coaching reports
Process payments and manage your subscription
Send service notifications (never marketing without consent)
Comply with legal obligations

4. Your audio recordings

Audio recordings you make during Presenz sessions are private, encrypted, and used exclusively to generate your personalized feedback. We do not sell your audio data, use it to train third-party AI models without your consent, or share it with third parties except as required to deliver our service (e.g., our speech-to-text provider).

You can delete your recordings at any time from your account settings. We retain audio files for a maximum of 90 days unless you delete them sooner or request earlier deletion.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), AI API providers (speech analysis)
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Users under 18

Presenz is designed for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@presenz.io.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@presenz.io. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@presenz.io.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
